Every design collaboration begins with a discovery phone call where we gather basic contact information and listen to your design needs. The Discovery Phone Call is our first opportunity to discuss your project and learn more about each other.
What to expect:
After the discovery phone call, we'll schedule an onsite design consultation. The design consultation will last up to one and a half hours in your home to view and discuss the project space(s). During this time, Kristen discovers a deeper understanding of your lifestyle goals, tastes, and specific design needs. She will establish the scope of work, review the budget and timeline, and discuss how best to move forward together.

Payments made are non-refundable. Design consultations are valid within six months from the date of purchase. 48-hour advance notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations made the day of or day before a scheduled appointment will result in a forfeit payment. More than two requests to reschedule will result in forfeit payment. Please note, there is an additional 1% charge for ACH payments and a 3.6% charge for credit card payments. We appreciate your business and thank you for your understanding.
